4-D Approach Which Builds Success in Blog Business

4-D Approach Which Builds Success in Blog Business. Yes, it has become available now. In all my life, I have never owned my own business, until now.

4-D Approach Which Builds Success in Blog Business---a sign with the "4-D" on it

Since this is an online business, this 4-D Approach is different. The 4-Ds are involved with Strength of Character. Your own character can help build success.

  • Define your strength
  • Develop learning and growing habits
  • Demonstrate character and consistency with your words, actions, perspective and attitude changes.
  • Devotion. This is the “stick to it” level with your blog business.
  • When you do it this way, hard decisions become easy. Discover how possibilities exist with the 4-D Approach.

Define Your Strength

For instance, as I grew up, my parents were the ones to “push me to grow” in life. Here, I have an upline that is doing the pushing. Of course, I need to execute my actions to grow.

Since this is a new blog business approach, your own experiences may make you stumble. Sometimes, this “new approach” may be on hold because “life can get in the way.” That’s what happened in my first year. I was learning how to conduct my blog business, but it was in fits and starts.

You may be told to “think about what Matters Most.” That was easy for me-money. Then the next request was, define what dreams could bring for you or change for others around you. Oh–the bigger picture!

In addition, you may want to have three to five “core values” which would be the basis for anything you would create for your blog business. That took more thinking. If you have read the book, you already know the answer.

And the answers are in the book! The first one is, “We Love Everyone,” the second is “We Are a Family,” and the third is “We Strive For Awesome-ness.” You can easily follow these guidelines while working on your blog system and they can help Define Your Strength.

Develop Learning and Growing Habits

Your understanding is beginning to grow about blogging. Your dreams were why you were involved in starting this blog system. Now you may want to add other goals and achievements to your dreams. So, now you are willing, ready and able, as is said. These things may help you focus, too. You begin to develop learning and growing habits. More on that, later.

Maybe your experience is like mine. When I look back over these several months, I would have to identify myself as one of those “stuck in the mud.” Change is so necessary in this business. The trends change and you need to “pivot” to keep up. And my “prove it to me” attitude was a detriment.

I was also one that wanted an “explicite, explanatory, explanation” as to “WHY” I was doing things a certain way. It boiled down to this question–Would you take the advice of someone that has 30 years experience or chose your own way?

Yes, I changed to develop learning and growing habits. I had to realize that my upbringing and attitude was different from a business outlook. In fact, I had to release a lot of negative thoughts to pursue the positive thoughts. Every step I took in learning led me to a more successful online blog system. This gave me a chance to develop learning and growing habits.

Demonstrate Character

How, why and what you do demonstrates your character. Demonstrate consistency with your words, actions, perspective and attitude changes. Have a reason to actually move yourself forward to accomplish goals. In addition, you need to have both your goals and “whys” written down, too. Somehow, I had skipped that step for goals and whys. Truly, this was a major difference between my past life and my current business life.

Therefore, both goals and whys received a deadline to make them more realistic and not just a dream. As I experienced learning different things, I became aware that some of my goals needed to become smaller.

They were not forgotten, just the achievement level needed to be refined to develop properly. That’s what the deadline does for goals. It makes them more easily accomplished and you can grow more quickly.

When you have those goals written down with deadlines, then the goals help you have consistent effort with your words and actions. It demonstrates character, since you share the success with others and accomplish your whys. This can enhance your personal life with your success.

Devotion to the Approach and My Blog Business

You can start with a yearly goal and break it all the way down to a daily goal. You know, Monthly, Weekly, Daily (and Hourly if you so choose). This is where Devotion to the Approach and My Blog Business starts.

If you are trying for that yearly goal, then this takes devotion to your assigned tasks. Envision that if you accomplish this one simple task today, then you are on your way to have success at the end of the year.

In addition, you may want to follow someone who has the qualities you desire or the knowledge that you admire. Observe them and how they react. Realize that they have been at this longer than you and learn “how to” from their practice. That’s why you follow the successful people.

I was able to discover a mentor after my first year. It made a lot of difference in my growth and it still does. Easy choices are easy. Having those core values make the tough decisions easier. Having your dreams turn into goals and then into reality is so exciting! My uniqueness helps me improve my blogging and connect with readers such as yourself.

This Approach is Successful With My Blog Business

The difference I wanted to accomplish in my life is with my blog business. So, I asked myself these questions. In order to change, what is your WILLINGNESS level? Are you aware of all the negative baggage from your previous experiences? Is this why your growth and improvements in your business have been on the “blah” side for you? Besides your actions, do you realize that your mindset has to have a “willingness” level to change?

4-D Approach Which Builds Success in Blog Business--a sign with "willingness" written on it

Also, speaking of actions, have you done enough actions to propel yourself forward in your blog business? Similar to learning to play the piano, I needed to be organized, have consistency and daily practice (actions). This is my “willingness” level, a way to demonstrate character with the 4-D Approach.

And yes, I found some things very difficult. But, it became a source of amusement for me, since I was aware that my willingness would lead to my success. In addition, my progress is at “my speed.” Compare you to you. That’s what I really like about this blog business. It adapts to your own personal needs and you can see your successes. This 4-D Approach Which Builds Success in Blog Business is a good foundation.
