New Career Online with Real People Real Income. Opened my eyes this morning. Something had shifted. Why? What? I was more confident. Oh, my brain had gone into overdrive during the night.
Pop! Brain says, “You need to use “journeyman” to explain your business and how it works. It’s for new people to come with you and grow as your team.”
That word, Journeyman.
It comes from the 14th to the 19th century, during the guild system. A young person who wanted to learn a trade became an apprentice, who learned all the basics.
After completion, the apprentice moved to the level of journeyman. This is where they could work for wages, moving from workshop to workshop to learn different techniques of their trade. Their highest level was Master, who would produce a masterpiece, judged by the guild.
Translation from Brain to Nola
Oh, now I get it. That is the way I feel about my blog site. But that is too old a term to apply for this time frame. We are learning, moving forward and building toward our new career online. It is the digital world, but on a personal and individual level.
Now I see why my brain chose that word. The painters, glassblowers and even the blacksmiths never started at the top. They all started as beginners, just learning everything they could.
You start learning the ropes with your new career online. Then you understand the ropes. And after that, you believe that you can handle them. You have wisdom and how to handle those ropes, untying and straightening out the knots.
This wisdom leads to the belief that you can do this.
Nola’s Note–So, this is what a “shift” of mindset feels like when you are learning the new career online.
Your Belief and Thinking with the New Career Online
No matter what age you are, you have had a certain way of thinking. This has helped you throughout your life. Excited to start your new business path, you realize that you moved into the “I don’t know what I don’t know” category.
The requirement for this new thinking is that your “old way” of thinking has only two options. The first choice may be easier than the second, for you are allowed to just remove that “old way” and not use it anymore.
The second way is to take the “old way” and remodel it. This means that thinking groove has to be filled in, smoothed over and literally replaced with the “new way.” Either way works, but this second one may take you some time to change.
Many people can do both. The end result is that they see the same shoreline. But while some cross a stream, others find it similar to a swim in the ocean. It is not the same business path for everyone.
This can be a different moment in their journey, too. If you have many years of the “old way” of thinking to work with, they don’t just leave. Just like the journeyman was willing to go from workshop to workshop to learn, then this system has to have time to “make sense in your head.”
Nola’s Note–Erasing years of the “old way” of thinking is not done overnight. Don’t quit, this is normal.

Your Path from Beginner to Master
Remember when you were a kid and given only two choices? For you, the choices were either “bad” or “worse.” You definitely didn’t want the “worse,” so you choose the “bad” choice. Here, the two choices are only “Easy” or “Hard.”
“Easy” gives you your blog site and the membership with our group. This easy path has the least amount of work that needs to be done. It takes longer to increase the financial improvement with these resources.
“Hard” gives you your blog site and the membership with our group. It also provides a way for you to upgrade your work and qualify for more activities. Your confidence, skill, income, free time and peace of mind are all improved. Upgrade more by participating in an offer that allows savings.
Nola’s Note–When you choose the harder path, this is the first action of belief in yourself.
Seeing It is Believing It
That’s the truth. Around here, we speak the truth. We also get to see the proof. Remember those four levels? My Instructor is at the Master Level. She lives her work, she shows how she works and she tells us how she works. And she is successful.
She came from the “employed” section of the workforce. She held her full-time job as she began her business path part-time. As time progressed, she decided to quit her job and concentrate on her business. Now, she is a Master within our business. She is my proof.
Who does this business? We have people from all walks of life. Women are in the majority, quietly building businesses from their homes and changing their financial futures. Men see the same vision as women and also build their businesses from their homes. Former teachers, employees from everywhere-even overseas-all pursuing the same dream on the same business path.
Here is More Truth
Yes, if you choose the hard way, you can expect to have a very full life with your online business. And as you have more success, you are asked to pass it on. It would be silly not to utilize all that knowledge you have gained. Notice that the journeyman was able to go to different Masters and increase their own knowledge to become a Master in their own right. The Masters pass it on.
The rewards are very real with time and financial freedom. There is a downside to all of this, though. Be ready to have a time where things are rough. It will seem that you are not improving or being successful. As soon as you hit this rough patch, know that you are on the right business path and that success is waiting on the other side.
What do I know about this rough patch? At this time, I am in it. It is going to get better and I am not going to quit. That’s the nice thing about this business. If you have to pause for awhile, then do so. It will still be waiting for you, right where you left it. If you can, still keep connected so you don’t lose your momentum.
Your Return Exceeds Your Investment
Your return can possibly exceed your investment because you have worked hard for it. The over-abundance has confidence, skill, income, free time and peace of mind all wrapped up in your new career online. The stream or ocean that you crossed earlier has you realizing success. It stops being that four-letter word-work-to doing your work joyfully.
Your Path
You know, I sat at the same place you are now. “What if I can’t find what I want?” you ask. My answer is, “Well, I did. I am now in my new online career path, going through trials, struggles and accessing my success. I have earned my story. Perhaps you can earn your story?”
No one can shake what you have earned. Your new career online is waiting. The path is marked. The system works. And someone who walked it before you is cheering you on.
