The Book, Marketing Is Freedom by Rory Ricord. I have discovered that some of the best self-help and self-discovery books don’t have to be long-winded. To clarify, they just have to be powerful with their message. This book falls into that category. Let me take you on a quick trip through the book and highlight meaningful chapters.
You would expect a book with this title to just talk about Marketing, but what you will discover is that it is filled with purpose, knowledge, understanding and a willingness to pay it forward. His basis is that you are a product of your environment. In other words, today’s world gives you greater opportunities to change and incorporate these changes into your life.
Perhaps the six Section titles of the book “Marketing Is Freedom” will enhance your understanding.
Section 1-The Beginning (of course), Ch. 1-7.
Within this group of seven chapters, you will find the growth and development of an overachiever that wanted something different. Real lessons from the real world. Read Ch. 4, for sure. “Find the Masters. Do Not Listen to Anyone Not Doing What You Want to Do.” Copy what the achiever, Rory, does. In this way, you will succeed. By the way, the deadline is yours to make.
Section 2-Changing Mindset and Priorities, Ch. 8-15
Meanwhile, a discussion of his life with Ch. 11 discussing Re-set, Re-focus and Re-commit. He outlines his life with these three points. Ask yourself, do you have the courage to do this? Also, if you do, get ready to work for your reward. He wants you to create “the habits that allow you to create success.” Another point he emphasizes is the “Golden Rule” in Ch. 14. His discussion made me feel blessed.
Section 3-Engineering an Incredible Future for All, Ch. 16-22.
Within the book Marketing Is Freedom, Ch. 19 was an “Ah-ha” moment for me. Likewise, he talks about how everyone can enrich themselves with the use of marketing. They can also grow together and achieve more together as partners. Indeed, this environment helps others within the online community setting. His statement embodies his philosophy, “We are better united in all things.” He also bases his work on all using the System of Free Enterprise (Marketing).

Section 4-Rory’s Marketing 101 Class Begins Here, Ch. 23-27.
Ch. 23 is a discussion of Ascension Marketing. Hence, this is his marketing strategy laid out. Examples are McDonald’s and Walmart. In other words, each Markets and Builds toward the future with constant effort. Consequently, included within this effort is the patient process. It becomes a habit for you to “focus on what you can do,” for once you start this habit, never quit. “It is a forever commitment to your success and ongoing success.” The phrase that comes to my mind is, “Keep on Keeping on.”
Section 5-Rory’s Applied Marketing 101 Class Begins Here, Ch. 28-31.
A power chapter exists in Ch. 30. It is very short, but it delivers. Ads with a quick delivery and response times, give results when applied to the right products and services. This allows the exploitation of gaining your time and financial freedom from your efforts.
Section 6-The Global Vision. Making the World Amazing, Ch. 32-37.
In Ch. 33, the Core Values are how everyone leads and works with others. Accordingly, there are only three: We Love Everyone, We Are Family and We Strive for Awesome-Ness which are applied to the RRR247 Platform. In addition, Ch. 34 indicates that “The people are everything.” Hence, everyone starts out as a student. In addition, we “teach, inspire and support the successes of our students. Always.” With this guidance, “the universe will reward you.” It works, too.
The Book “Marketing Is Freedom”
I received this book in November of 2022. (It is only 182 pages long.) Yes, I am reading it for the third time, too. There is a lot to absorb. I am sure I have more to learn. I have learned to add Positive Affirmations to “my new world,” too.
Since I have chosen to become a part of the RRR247 family, I have been on the receiving end of this philosophy. New friends, outlook and a new business are my reality. Therefore, I am learning to be more business-minded, focused and goal-driven. Every day is another day closer to the fulfillment of my dreams. Further, I have dusted off several dreams and have envisioned new ones, too. I have also gained another family, to which I proudly belong.
As Rory states in Ch. 36, “but it is a truly special and complete environment for success. . .it allows the teaching and results of all the Marketing training within these pages to be explained and seen.” This business lifts up those who are willing to do the work. It starts as work and transforms what you do into fun.
