Easter Family Field Trip: My son decided to take all of us on a “field trip” excursion. He wanted to visit a great restaurant and go to the Bald Knob Cross site. I was waiting for a phone call to let me know they were ready to leave. It didn’t come. What happened? This started a “snowball effect” of happenings. So, I asked Barbara, my friend, about her experiences when she and Ken had been RVing, as I called it. She was smiling the entire time she answered my questions. The Flock Cameras Story Continued: With new applications of technology comes the big question of, “Is it legal?” Right now, the police are the ones finding out about the consenses of right and wrong. States are willing to provide new laws concerning the police departments, but who is to be the security for the groups that provide the ALPR prorams and applications? The answer seems to be a warrant for the information, but only 4 states have enforced that angle. The third side to the argument is another point of view about the ALPR application.
