Life Turned into a Circle
Most of us have been there. The routine of the day. And it is repeated the next day and we are still disappointed.
Round and round. Busy with our routine. Moving, but not forward. The routine demands your attention. It always requires your time, too.
Movement cannot give you forward momentum. You feel as if you go in circles and not where you truly want to go. Answer: Your life and priorities need to change.
The Triangle Can Offer a Change
A triangle is strong and balanced. And the third side makes it a solid form. It’s the formula of passion, persistence and purpose.
Passion
Passion is what makes you vibrate with excitement about life. It is the thing that makes you feel alive. Start a new journey with passion.
It keeps you moving. And, it also helps you keep going on the days when things feel slow or uncertain.
Without passion, work can feel overwhelming and you have no sense of purposeful direction.
Persistence
Persistence/”persevere” (1)-To go on resolutely or stubbornly in spite of opposition, importunity, or warning. Persistence shows up on your ordinary days. Your difficult days.
The days when quitting would be easier.
Those days matter the most. Persistence is not glamorous. It shows up as quiet, steady and sometimes even stubborn. “I won’t quit because I told myself I would do this,” I had said to myself today, in fact. And that is exactlly what moves you forward. Every small step taken on a hard day gives you more strength than ten easy ones. (That’s when you know it in your heart [passion] and you keep your forward motion.)
Purpose
If you forget about purpose, your goal is not realized. Your goal gives you purpose and guides your passion and persistence. Purpose gives your work a destination. It answers “WHY.” And when you know your why, everything else becomes clearer and more worthwhile. It’s the anchor that holds your boat steady when your passion fades and your persistence decreases.
What Do You Realize?
When passion and persistence work together, success can happen. Small steps can turn into your steady progress. Your steady progress can turn into personal confidence. Add purpose to these two sides. You have completed the strongest triangle for yourself.
You now have your triangle and clarity of vision for yourself, too. You understand why you are doing the work. This understanding becomes a support for your efforts when motivation is lacking.
Between these two things, you life and work become more meaningful and you find it easier to keep forward motion.
A Brief Personal Note
My personal jouney into online business began in 2022.
Many people, like myself, started something new later in life. I learned one step at a time. There were moments of uncertainty and moments when the familiar merry-go-round of routine felt tempting again.
But there were three ideas that I kept thinking about. First, I wanted to help others find a way to change their status in life. Secondly, I knew I had the persistence to continue with my everyday routine. And what about my purpose? Every day my future became a step closer to the successful vision that I held in my brain.
That Triangle of Success became my foundation for everything I continue to build today for my success tomorrow.
