I am Nola Case and curiosity has always been my compass. I love reading, music–I played the French Horn–and staying active. My college major was Physical Education with a minor in Health and that passion never left.
I substituted in classrooms for many years. Those years taught me something important–that people learn best when they are genuinely interested. Not when they are told to be. That truth stuck with me and it is the foundation of everything you will find here.
Afterwards I wanted something bigger, badder, better–as my son would say. I chose blogging. Between writing and feeding the farm animals, I kept myself busy. Then I discovered everyone on the internet. You, too. What started as one woman’s curiosity became a community of curious people from everywhere–different backgrounds, different interests, all landing here because something caught their eye. That is exactly how it is supposed to work.
